Ok, a few words on the rating system.
It is currently very buggy and not accurate, it was probably a mistake to include it. However, I wanted peoples ideas and opinions of it, and to see how it copes with real players instead of players in excel.
Bare in mind to get 5/5 the player has to be totally awsome (or have a lot of leadership lol).
3/5 means you have a player at the average or a bit above.
4/5 is really quite a good player.
At least that is how it is planned, so dont be surprised at getting 3/5 or even 2/5 bars.
It is also very volatile for younger players, especially 13 year olds. At the age of 13 the total number of skills makes little difference to the future of the player, its almost all birthday and stamina/talent, so this will be edited in the next version.
How it Works
I and a few others divised an equation that predicts an average player (3S,3T)'s skill. The percentage of this value of skills the player has is then taken and modified by Stamina, Talent and Leadership to give a final value.
It looks like a better forumla has been made and this will probably be used in the next version.
Maybe you have to include the average of aim, quickness, awareness and handling. I saw that my Just_R has a rating of 2/5. But he fragged the most in this season (league 1), got a star and has a total kpd of 3.5!
